"I feel like something is missing when I don't have a pen in my hand.

When it comes to making sculptures the process sketches are the first glimpse of reality that the final sculpture has. Drawing the subject matter of a sculpture allows an in depth visual exploration and intense dimensional learning process. Process drawings may not end out as masterpieces but they create strong visual ties between ones mind and what one would like to sculpt, deeply necessary for the sculpting process to take place."
